How it works
- A worker builds a record — five minutes on a phone. It prints. It works for an apartment or a loan whether or not they ever look for a job.
- They choose to be found. One switch. One tap turns it off again.
- An approved employer searches by what matters: available now, distance, skills, license, truck.
- An offer goes out with the wage on it. No “are you looking?” Ever.
- The worker says yes — and only then does the employer see a name and a number.
